Service terms

Ordering and payment

An inquiry is not an order. For custom work, we confirm the deliverables, exclusions, price in US dollars, revision allowance, delivery date and any client dependencies in writing before requesting payment. Work begins after that scope is accepted and payment is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed. The agreed project brief and the policies presented at purchase apply to that order; a later policy change does not retroactively change it.

Custom services are individual projects, not instant downloads or subscriptions. Extra work or expenses require a separate written agreement. Payment is processed through Payhip and its connected payment provider, such as PayPal. Any applicable tax and final total are shown at checkout. We do not request your payment password or full card details by email.

Your materials and our work

Please provide accurate instructions and only material you own or have permission to use. Do not send passwords, payment details, medical records, government ID documents or other sensitive personal data. Remove unnecessary personal information from files. We will ask for clarification when a brief or the right to use material is unclear.

Our services use AI-assisted tools and review. Before client material is submitted to an AI service, we confirm the intended use with the client. If you do not want AI processing, tell us before sending material so we can assess whether we can accept the project. AI output may contain errors and may not be unique. Review the final work for suitability before publishing or relying on it.

After full payment, you may use, edit and publish the custom deliverables for your business, subject to third-party rights identified in the handoff. We retain rights in pre-existing tools and reusable methods. We do not promise exclusive copyright in AI-generated material. Ready-made templates are licensed for your own personal or business use: you may edit them and share them with people working within your business, but may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the template files as standalone products.

Limits of the service

The written scope controls what is included. Live integrations, production chatbot hosting, ongoing API usage, account management, publishing, ad spending and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless expressly agreed. Samples identified as fictional are demonstrations, not customer results or testimonials.

We do not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, time savings or a particular business outcome. Planning and research are informational services and are not legal, medical, tax or investment advice. We will not accept work that requires unlawful activity, deception or infringement of another person's rights.

Questions and applicable law

Contact us first if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it. Kentucky law applies to the extent permitted by law, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing in these policies excludes liability or limits a remedy where the law does not permit it. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Delivery & revisions

Ready-made downloads

After successful payment, Payhip supplies access to purchased digital files through its download page and receipt email. There is no physical shipment. Check the product description for file format, compatibility and included content before buying. Excel workbooks require compatible spreadsheet software; formatting and features may vary in other applications. If access is missing or a file is damaged, email us with your order reference so we can help.

Custom projects

Custom files are delivered through the Payhip client portal or the order email address, as confirmed in the brief. The delivery date depends on receiving the agreed materials and answers. If an input is late or a problem affects the schedule, we will discuss a revised date; we will not silently substitute a different deliverable. Tell us promptly if a delivered file is inaccessible or materially differs from the agreed scope.

Included revisions are stated in the brief. Sourcefold's one-source pack includes one revision within the original scope. Other services have the revision allowance agreed before payment. New source material, a changed objective or additional deliverables may require a separate quote. Correction of our failure to meet the agreed scope does not consume a discretionary revision allowance.

Cancellations & refunds

Custom services

You may cancel before work begins for a full refund. If you cancel after work begins, we will explain what has been completed and refund the unperformed portion using the written allocation of work agreed before purchase. We will not invent a cancellation fee or retroactive hourly rate. If no allocation was agreed, we will seek a fair resolution based on the delivered work and applicable law.

If we cannot perform the agreed work, we will offer a revised arrangement for your acceptance or refund the undelivered portion. For work that materially fails to match the agreed scope, contact us for correction, replacement or an appropriate refund. You do not have to accept substitute services.

Digital templates

Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds after download. This does not exclude refunds or other remedies for duplicate charges, unavailable files, material defects, misleading descriptions or rights required by law. Contact us if you purchased by mistake before downloading or need help resolving a problem.

How to ask

Email zach.drexler09@outlook.com with the order reference, product or service and a short explanation. Do not send full card or bank details. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment platform to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the provider. These policies do not restrict statutory consumer rights or access to a payment provider's dispute process.

Privacy policy

Information used

We use the information you provide to answer inquiries, agree and deliver work, verify purchases, provide support and keep necessary business records. This may include your name, email address, order reference, purchased item, payment status, project instructions, files and correspondence. Payment platforms and website hosting providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs under their own policies.

Service providers and AI

Payhip handles storefront, checkout, download and client-portal functions. PayPal handles connected payments. Microsoft Outlook handles business email. These websites are hosted using OpenAI Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare. AI-assisted work may use OpenAI tools after the intended use of client material is confirmed with the client. We share only information reasonably needed for the agreed task; please remove sensitive or unnecessary information before submitting it.

Providers have their own privacy terms and may process information in countries other than yours. We cannot promise that a third-party service has no retention or training use without checking the particular service and settings. Ask before supplying confidential material if you need specific handling restrictions.

Marketing, sharing and cookies

We do not sell customer contact lists or use client files in public samples without permission. An inquiry or purchase does not itself subscribe you to promotional emails. Necessary information may be disclosed to service providers, to comply with law or to resolve a payment dispute. Our service websites do not currently install advertising pixels. Payhip and other linked platforms may use cookies or similar technologies for their own functionality; their policies and controls apply when you visit them.

Retention, security and requests

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to complete the project, support the customer, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, or to ask about its use. We may need to verify the request and retain records required by law or for an unresolved dispute; we will explain any relevant limits.

These business services are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit children's personal information. Material changes to this policy will be dated here. Where required, we will obtain consent before using information in a materially different way.
